Paddles Up Poké is Idaho’s first specialty poké restaurant, and the official poké shop of the Boise State Broncos and Idaho Steelheads. Paddles Up has locations in Downtown Boise, Downtown Ketchum, Boise State University, Downtown Nampa, and The Village in Meridian.
