CONCERT SERIES INFORMATION
Welcome to Rock The Village! The following information is provided to make sure your visit is pleasant and memorable and that you will want to return again and again!
RESTAURANT PATIO SEATING: Due to large crowds on concert night, please limit your patio dining experience to a maximum of 90 minutes to ensure fairness to all guests and establishments.
RESTROOM LOCATIONS: Lobby between Kona Grill and Grimaldi’s Pizzeria.
FOUNTAIN SHOWS: Will not play at 6:00pm, 7:00 pm and 8:00pm.
VENDORS: Each week we will invite a selection of vendors to enhance the festival atmosphere! We invite you to walk the street around Fountain Square and enjoy the new vendors and their offerings.
ALCOHOL: The Village at Meridian is a family destination. While we respect that many patrons will want to enjoy an alcoholic beverage while they listen to the concert, the following guidelines must be followed:
No alcohol may leave the premises. Alcohol control and Meridian Police will ensure that no open container leaves the barricaded concert area.
No alcohol may be brought into the concert. Security checkpoints will ask to see inside any bags or coolers brought to the concert.
“Glass stays inside, plastic outside” means just that. If you purchase a drink in one of the restaurants, it must NOT leave the restaurant. By the same rule, no alcohol purchased in the tent may be taken into the restaurant or any other building at The Village at Meridian. No exceptions.
If you notice ANY disruptive or disrespectful behavior, either to patrons, our surroundings (plants, buildings, furnishings, fire pits, etc.) PLEASE be our eyes and ears and contact onsite SECURITY at 208.914.8010. You call is anonymous, and we count on our guests to help us maintain a classy, family friendly atmosphere at The Village at Meridian at all times. Help us maintain the amazing environment that we have at The Village at Meridian.
All concerts are held rain or shine. Be prepared for extremes such as heat, wind, or rain. Dress accordingly. No umbrellas please.
Food and beverages will be available for sale. No alcohol, knives, or glass containers may be brought inside, on-site cooking or barbecues are not allowed. Coolers being carried in will be inspected to ensure that prohibited items are not being carried in. Please pack out whatever you bring into the venue.
CHAIR & BLANKET RULES
A limited number of chairs will be provided at the concert venue and are available on a first come, first serve basis. “Saving Seats” for people that are not present is discouraged. However, if someone arrives before the rest of their party, they can hold up to no more than 3 additional seats (4 total).
Low back chairs are preferred. Over-sized chairs may be asked to be removed. Chairs placed in egress corridors could be asked to be relocated.
The Village at Meridian is a non-smoking facility. Thank you for your cooperation.
The Village at Meridian is pet friendly allowing well-mannered pets to join their Owner at the concert as long as the pet and their Owner abide by the properties Pet Owner Code of Conduct. Please see any Security Officer or the Concierge Desk for a copy of the Pet Owner Code of Conduct.
